This notice explains the rights you have over your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA), and how to use them with Online Pitch Changer. What data the site handles, and why, is in the Privacy Policy; this page covers only your rights.
Who handles your request
The site is run independently by Mayer, who is the controller of the personal data described in the Privacy Policy. Requests go to support@vocaltoollab.com. There is no company or team in between: the person who runs the site reads and answers them. More about the site is on the About page.
What we can find, and what we cannot
The site holds very little that points to you, which also limits what a request can return:
- Emails you sent us: we can find, copy, correct or delete them by your email address.
- Google Analytics data (only if you accepted analytics): it is linked to a random ID in your browser’s
_gacookie, not to your name or email. To have it found or deleted, include the value of that cookie in your request (browser settings → site data for onlinepitchchanger.com). - Server logs: kept by our web host for its standard period; we can pass a request about them to the host.
- Your audio, video and recordings: we never receive them, so there is nothing to access, correct or delete. The Data Security page explains why.
Your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR

Requests are free. The GDPR allows a fee or a refusal only for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, for example repeated ones.
Your rights under California law (CCPA)
Where the CCPA applies, California residents have these rights:
- Right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed.
- Right to delete personal information, with the exceptions the law sets.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. The site does not ask for any.
- Right to non-discrimination: you get the same site and the same tools whether or not you use these rights.
Do not sell or share: our statement
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site runs no ads, no ad cookies and no affiliate links, and it gives no data to data brokers. So there is nothing to opt out of today, and a Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to switch off. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated first and a “Do Not Sell or Share” choice will be added before any sale or sharing starts. Cookies are listed on the Cookie Policy.
How to make a request
- Email support@vocaltoollab.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
- Say which right you want to use and which data it concerns, for example your emails or the
_gavalue from your browser. - Write from the email address the request is about, if it concerns emails. That is usually all we need to verify you; we ask for more only if we cannot otherwise be sure the data is yours, and never for more than needed.
- Someone may act for you (an authorized agent under the CCPA). Send their written permission with the request; we may ask you to confirm it directly.
You can also use the contact page. Please do not send identity documents or other sensitive files unless we ask for something specific.

These are the legal maximums. With so little data involved, we expect most requests to take far less time.
Complaints
If you think your data was handled wrongly, write to us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority at any time:
- In the EU and EEA: the data protection authority of the country where you live or work, or where the problem happened. The European Data Protection Board lists them all.
- In the United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
- In California: the California Attorney General’s CCPA page explains how to file a complaint with the Attorney General or the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Changes
