Online Pitch Changer is run by one person, Mayer, and email is the only way to get in touch. There is no contact form, chat or account. Pick the address that fits your message, and it reaches the right inbox.

Reporting a tool problem
Many problems have a quick fix on the troubleshooting page or in the FAQ, so it is worth a look first. If the tool still does not work, please include:
- the tool’s web address (URL)
- your browser and its version number (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or another)
- your device and its system, for example an iPhone, an Android phone or a Windows laptop
- the file type (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4…) and roughly how long or large the file is
- what you did, what you expected, and the exact error message if one appeared
You do not need to send your file. The tools process files in your browser and never upload them, so Mayer cannot see what you opened; a description is usually enough. If a sample would help, send a short one only if you own it and are happy to share it. Data security explains how each tool handles your files.
Corrections, privacy and accessibility
For a correction, send the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong and a source if you have one; the Editorial Guidelines explain what happens next. For privacy questions or requests about your data, see the Privacy Policy. For barriers such as a control you cannot reach with the keyboard, see the Accessibility statement.
When to expect a reply
Every message is read. Because the site is run by one person, replies are not instant and there is no fixed response time. Privacy requests are answered within the time the applicable law allows. Your email address and message are used to reply to you and are not added to any mailing list.
